Lori Anderson

Lori Anderson is a lifelong Huntington Beach resident and a REALTOR^® with First Team Real Estate. She has worked in real estate for about ten years and has been with First Team since 2020. Her professional background also includes extensive experience in residential property and portfolio management — which is to say she has been around homes, and the people inside them, for a long time. She holds the SRES^® Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation and works primarily with homeowners 55+, seniors and the adult children thinking alongside them. Most of it comes down to one question asked in many different ways: does this house still fit the life? That is why she often says rightsizing rather than downsizing — the goal is not less, it is the right fit.

The everyday subjects: downsizing and rightsizing, aging in place versus moving, 55+ communities, accessibility and single-level living, and the family conversations that surround all of it. She also works with buyers, sellers, investors and first-time buyers.

Where she works

Lori serves clients throughout Huntington Beach and across Orange County. A lifelong Huntington Beach local, she grew up in South Huntington Beach and now lives near Huntington Harbour and Sunset Beach, giving her especially in-depth knowledge of those coastal communities. Her experience and local perspective extend throughout Huntington Beach, allowing her to guide clients with a genuine understanding of the area and its many neighborhoods.

How she works

Guidance first. Calm, compassionate, patient, practical, low-pressure. She values integrity and meets people where they are, at whatever speed the decision actually needs — which is sometimes two weeks and sometimes two years. Plenty of conversations end with stay put for now, and that is a good outcome too.

Her recurring conviction, and the reason this publication exists, is that homes are about identity, family, legacy, memory, daily routines and the creation of a next chapter. The square footage is the easy part.

Beyond real estate

Lori holds a BS in Holistic Nutrition and is also a Certified Menopause Coach, a personal trainer and a certified yoga instructor. The through-line across all of it is the same: helping people through wellness, home and their next chapter.
